Hillary is based in the St. Helena Sotheby’s office and focuses on helping her clients transact wine country property including: residential, vineyard, and land development opportunities. Hillary draws upon her strong local network and over two-decades of real estate experience to help her clients select, understand and transact Wine Country real estate.
Hillary has closed high-value real estate since the start of her career in 1997. Over the past 25 years, Hillary has a wide range of real estate experience including brokerage, banking and commercial real estate investment. She focused the first part of her career working for highly reputable, Bay Area based companies including: First Republic Bank, Prado Group, AMB Property Corporation (now ProLogis) and DivcoWest.
Hillary is a native Northern Californian who has had the joy of residing in San Francisco, Marin County and Napa Valley. She attended The Hamlin School in San Francisco, Justin Siena High School in Napa and obtained her BS from UC Berkeley in Economics. She lives in Napa Valley with her husband, four active sons and one very indulged rescue dog. Hillary proudly holds a position as a Board Member at the Queen of the Valley Foundation and is passionate about giving back to the community of Napa Valley.

Hillary Ryan Group Marketing Director, Alexa Weber, is passionate about positioning properties to sell utilizing innovative and effective methods that are at the forefront of real estate marketing. Prior to joining, Weber advised 150+ real estate professionals at Compass in Napa and Sonoma counties as the regional marketing advisor with a focus on digital advertising and graphic design. There, she specialized in leveraging the Google Display Network’s Youtube Ads, Smart Ads, and Display ads, as well as Facebook and Instagram ads, to design custom campaigns for agents based on their individual business goals and budgets. This exceptional training environment allowed Weber to distill the most successful advertising methods and apply them to a singular brand. She is motivated by the fusion of design and technology to position homes to sell across varying price points in a competitive market through the use of photography, social media, and display and search advertising.
At Hillary Ryan Group, Alexa appreciates each opportunity to engage with clients and the local Napa community. She strives to support clients’ needs and understands the uniqueness of each client’s real estate goal. Challenges are met with a solution-driven mindset and an understanding of the attention-to-detail every transaction deserves.
With community at the heart of her endeavors, Alexa prioritizes fostering meaningful connections across Wine Country through volunteering with Redwood Empire Food Bank, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and Farm to Pantry. Weber discovered these meaningful organizations while studying at Sonoma State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in photography.
Outside of real estate, Alexa nurtures her love affair with the arts through photography, interior design, mixed-media art, travel, sustainable fashion, yoga, and, of course, wine tasting.
